Gunmen Abduct Pastor and Two Others While Farming in Kaduna

 Gunmen suspected to be bandits have abducted three individuals, including a clergyman, in Bauda Village, located in Maro Community, Kajuru Local Government Area of Kaduna State.

According to local sources, the victims—Reverend Anthony Lamba (50) of ECWA Church, Bauda Village, Christiana Anthony, and Danlami Zana—were attacked and taken while working on their farmland on the afternoon of Friday, July 25, 2025.

Security operatives were swiftly deployed to the scene; however, the assailants had already escaped with the victims to an undisclosed location before their arrival.

Authorities confirmed that a rescue operation is currently underway, with efforts being intensified to ensure the safe return of the abductees. Investigations into the incident are ongoing.
